Compensation Plan Clarification!
Some Max Associates have had questions regarding some of the finer points of
the Max Plan. Hopefully, the following information will help clarify these
questions.
#1 - Minimum CV Qualification
In order for an Associate's business center to qualify for Team Commissions,
it must generate a minimum of 50 commissionable volume (CV) each month. In
order for the business center to qualify for Matching Check Bonuses it must
generate a minimum of 100 CV each month. CV comes from an Associate's
personal purchases and from the Associate's Preferred Customer's purchases.
When an Associate purchases one box of Max GXL, the business center receives
66 CV. When an Associate's Preferred Customer purchases one box of Max GXL,
the business center receives 33 CV. Naturally, the best way to insure that
your business center has the necessary CV is by enrolling in the company's
autoship program.
Starting June 3, if a business center does not generate at least 50 CV in a
calendar month, then all the existing CV in both the pay leg and the strong
leg will be taken away (flushed) at the start of the next calendar month.
#2 - 500 CV Minimum Requirement
Starting June 3, an Associate must accumulate a minimum of 500 CV on their
pay leg in order to generate a Team Commission check for that calendar
month. (500 CV provides a $50.00 Team Commission Check.) If an Associate
does not accumulate a minimum of 500 CV in a calendar month, then as long as
the business center has accrued a minimum of 50 CV during the calendar
month, all existing pay leg CV will carry over to the next month.
#3 - FastTrack Commissions Modification
Starting June 3, because of significant Associate recommendations, FastTrack
Commissions will be modified to pay higher commissions to the enrolling
Associate.
